Instagram SMM Panel: Build a Multi-Post Campaign Budget

A campaign with several Instagram posts needs more than one headline price. Each post may have a different format, target link and service quantity. Plan the orders by content item so that you can see the total budget, test a service and identify which post needs attention if delivery differs from the listing.

Map the content before choosing packages

List the posts you expect to publish and label each one as a Reel, carousel, ordinary post or another supported format. Give every live item its own public URL. A future-post subscription may be relevant for repeated publishing, but it has different coverage rules from separate one-time orders. Do not count scheduled but unpublished posts as valid live targets without checking the service instructions.

Allocate one metric at a time

For every post, specify the metric and quantity independently. A plan for 1,000 views and 100 likes on a Reel contains two requirements unless a listing explicitly combines them. Saves, likes and views should not be treated as interchangeable units. This also prevents a budget table from accidentally assigning the same quantity to every service category.

Calculate per-post charges and the campaign total

Using purely illustrative prices, a 2,000-view order at $1 per 1,000 costs $2, while a 100-like order at $3 per 1,000 costs $0.30. The combined charge for that item would be $2.30 before payment fees. Repeat the calculation for each item using actual catalog rates. If a subscription covers future posts, calculate its effective cost using the number of eligible posts you realistically expect to publish.

Leave room to learn from the first item

Choose one suitable post for the initial test. Record its baseline, service IDs and completion times. Review whether the selected listing supports the format and meets the stated delivery conditions before repeating the workflow on the remaining posts. Keep any budget reserve separate from committed orders so you know what remains available for changes.

Review the campaign at two levels

First check delivery for each ordered metric. Then assess meaningful business activity such as relevant messages, profile visits or enquiries using the analytics available to you. A larger visible count is not proof of a stronger customer response. Use the BuyTheFans dashboard for current service details, and keep a simple campaign record outside the order list so you can compare the complete plan with the actual spend.
