What refill means
Refill is an offer to replace eligible losses under stated conditions. It is not a promise that the count never drops. Coverage can have a time window, minimum drop threshold and service-specific exclusions.
Check eligibility before buying
Record the refill duration, when that duration starts, the target requirements and whether the service remains available. Ask support about unclear terms before ordering, not after the coverage expires.
When no-refill differs
A no-refill service has no included replacement commitment. Compare its cost with a covered service using the same metric and quantity. Do not assume refunds replace refill coverage.
Submit a useful refill request
Provide the order ID, current count, expected count and the time you observed the loss. Keep the target public and avoid overlapping orders that make the eligible drop difficult to measure.
