Check start-time estimates, public links and duplicate orders before contacting support.

Check the stated start time
An estimated start time is distinct from completion time. Compare it with the elapsed time since the order was placed and check for any service notice in your dashboard.
Verify the target
Open the exact submitted link while logged out. Check spelling, content availability, privacy restrictions and the requested target type. Do not change a username or delete the content during processing.
Check the order details
Review quantity limits, balance deduction and any special instructions. Check whether another order is active for the same target. Avoid resubmitting until the first order is resolved.
Escalate with evidence
Give support the order ID and the specific issue. Ask for the current delivery status and available resolution. Cancellation is service-dependent and may not be possible after processing begins.
