SMM Refund vs Refill: Which Resolution Fits?
Understand the difference between replacing a drop, canceling an order and adjusting a balance.

Refill replaces eligible losses
Use a refill request when delivered activity drops and the order remains eligible under its stated coverage. This attempts replacement; it does not necessarily return money.
Refund changes the charge
A refund or balance adjustment concerns the amount charged. Check the provider’s written terms for partial delivery, cancellation and failed orders. Account credit and a refund to the original payment method are not the same.
Choose the matching request
For an unstarted order, ask whether cancellation is supported. For partial delivery, review remains and the transaction record. For a later drop, check refill eligibility first.
Keep the evidence together
Save order IDs, payment references and relevant service terms. Do not send full card details or private login credentials in a support ticket.
