Define the quantity correctly

A LIVE listing may describe viewers present at one time, total visits or another delivery measure. Ask which measure the quoted quantity represents. One hundred simultaneous viewers is different from one hundred visits spread across a broadcast. Record this definition before comparing two rates with similar names.

Check duration and billing units

Find out whether the price is for a fixed time block, a viewer-minute amount or another unit. For illustration, 100 viewers for 30 minutes represents 3,000 viewer-minutes arithmetically, but a provider may not bill by that unit. Use only the unit actually specified in the live catalog when calculating an order.

Coordinate with the stream

Verify whether the stream must already be active, which live link is required and how much start-time variation to allow. Do not treat an estimated start time as a scheduled reservation. If the stream ends or changes address, ask how that affects delivery and any refund eligibility.

Evaluate more than the peak counter

A temporary viewer count does not demonstrate real audience participation, purchases or lasting followers. Record the delivered interval and count separately from comments, clicks and sales. Keep the service details and order ID so support can investigate a timing mismatch with concrete information.
