When an SMM Service Is Unavailable
A familiar service can be paused, removed or changed. Treat a replacement as a new choice that needs verification, even if its name looks similar. First separate new purchasing decisions from orders already in progress.

Check active orders before switching
Review the status of existing orders and save their IDs. Do not submit a replacement order for the same target merely because the service no longer appears in the catalog. Ask support what happens to active delivery and any remaining refill coverage.
Compare the replacement specification
Match the platform, action, supported target, quantities and timing. Review the rate and replacement terms again. A new service ID may have different conditions, and an old refill or cancellation promise should not be assumed to carry over.
Test and update your records
For new orders, start with a supported test quantity if a suitable replacement exists. If you resell through an API, update mappings deliberately and pause unsupported products. Do not silently route a customer to a different kind of service. Inspect the current BuyTheFans catalog and ask support when no equivalent option is clear.
