SMM Order Charges & Billing Records
A deposit, an order charge and a balance adjustment describe different transactions. Keep them separate when reviewing campaign spend or preparing business records. Ask the provider about available invoices or exports rather than assuming a particular billing document is supplied.

Link each charge to its order
Record the service ID, order ID, quantity, unit rate and amount charged. A funding transaction can pay for several later orders, so do not count the full deposit as the cost of each campaign. If your reporting currency differs from the account currency, document your own conversion method separately.
Reconcile partial delivery and adjustments
When an order is partial or canceled, inspect the account transaction history to see whether an adjustment occurred. The status alone does not establish the amount returned or whether it was account credit. Keep the original charge and any later adjustment linked to the same order record.
Confirm the documents you require
If your business needs a specific invoice format, receipt or export, ask official support before purchasing. This guide does not promise that a tax document or a particular export feature is available. Maintain your own campaign references and keep payment details private when sharing records with clients.
